About the Role:
Sylvan Learning is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Wealth Manager to join our growing team in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to individual client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and financial consultations
- Analyze market trends and investment opportunities to optimize client portfolios
- Provide guidance on estate planning, tax strategies, retirement planning, and asset allocation
- Prospect and onboard new high-net-worth clients to grow the book of business
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic financial planning solutions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related role
- CFP, CFA, or similar professional designation preferred
- Series 65, Series 7, or equivalent licenses required
- Proven track record of managing and growing a client portfolio
- Strong knowledge of investment products, tax planning, and estate strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $24.45 - $35.40 per hour
